RGML Entertainment provides Photo & Video experiences with corporate clients, private events and schools. Based in Chicago, our events take place nationwide, bringing top quality and ideas to every event.

How do I secure the date and book a service?

To secure the date, we require a deposit and signed contract. Please contact us our Event Coordinators at (844) 367-7465 or contact@rgmlentertainment.com to book!
What is the cancelation policy?

We understand that plans can change! We require a 50% non-refunable deposit to secure your date. If your event is on monthly payments, the first 50% of the total balance will be due even if the event gets canceled. The remaining 50% is refundable if the event is canceled 30 days or more before the event date. If the event is rescheduled, the amount paid will be credited towards the new date. If RGML is no longer available on the new date, the remaining 50% balance will be refunded, however, the deposit is non-refundable.
What is included with the Photo Booth packages?

For all of our photo booth packages (excluding the Ring Booth drop-off), we include: -Unlimited Prints -Digital Sharing Capabilities (email & text message) -Premium Props -Premium Backdrop -Online Shareable Photo Gallery You can upgrade to include: -Photo Album For Guest Pictures And Messages
What location do you provide services in?

What payment forms do you take?

We are able to accept credit cards, checks and cash. Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express Discover. We also offer clients the ability to divide the balance into monthly payments for an eaiser booking experience!
