The date is secured, we are preparing for your event, and all you need to do is relax! Please read through this page as a guide towards our policies.
Please remember, our setup location will need to:
Have a separate power source, as our equipment must be the only thing plugged into the circuit
Be in a safe, clean, and weather protected area (if weather is not suitable for electronics)
Be on a flat surface. Grass is okay, however we need to ensure our speakers will not tip from a slope
When RGML Entertainment arrives, please expect the following:
The events coordinator for the event will collect payment prior to unloading
Setup usually take 1-1.5 hours, depending on the size and location of the setup
Safety Policy It is Ryan Gorey Media Co.'s goal to keep all events safe and fun. If at any time the scene becomes unsafe, we cannot ensure the safety of our equipment, or our staff feels that we cannot perform under the conditions, Ryan Gorey Media Co. reserves the right to cancel an event without a refund. This policy is put in place for the safety of all guests, clients, and staff, and we would love to work with clients to make the event location a safe place.
Payment Policy Ryan Gorey Media Co. requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to book and secure all events. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival and before setup. The deposit may be paid by credit card or check, and the remaining balance may be paid by cash or credit card. Ryan Gorey Media Co. uses Square as our main platform, and we are able to accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and more on location!
Cancellation Policy Once you secure us with the deposit, you do have the option to cancel if you change your mind or the event gets canceled. Our cancellation policy states that:
Cancellation 24 hours or more prior to the event: balance will not need to be paid
Less than 24 hours from the time of the event: full balance will need to be paid
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Liability Policy Our setup has proven to be a safe and efficient setup show after show. We do not anticipate any equipment failures, as all of our equipment is new and in perfect condition. Please not that damage caused to any of our equipment by negligence on the clients side will be the responsibility of the client. This can be whether a party guest spills a drink on a control board all the way to if a dog bits and ruins a cable. We make every effort possible to keep a safe and secured setup, however we ask that clients help us to ensure that everyone and everything stays safe.
